At Soja Fragrances, we offer Australia-wide shipping only.

• Flat-rate shipping of $12.95 (5-7 working days).
• Express shipping is available for $30.00 (1-3 working days).
• Free shipping on orders over $150.00 anywhere in Australia.

For residential addresses, we use Courier Please, Startrack, Toll or Australia Post, with an expected delivery time of 3-7 working days. For PO Boxes, Australia Post is used, with an expected delivery time of 10-14 business days.

Please note that shipping lead times may be affected due to the high demand on postage services in Australia.

Our couriers or Australia Post may leave your order at the front door if no one is home. If delivery isn't possible, your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office or agency and held for 5 days. Uncollected parcels will be returned to Soja Fragrances. For returned orders, you'll receive a refund minus the original shipping fee. If you'd like your order re-shipped, you'll need to cover the full shipping cost.

To keep prices competitive, Soja Fragrances absorbs part of the shipping costs on every order. However, if redelivery is needed, the full shipping charge will be your responsibility.

We take great care in packaging all items with love and care, ensuring each product is checked before being sent. However, if your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your parcel.

Damaged Items Documentation Requirements

If you receive a damaged item, we require the following documentation within 72 hours of delivery:

1. Clear photos of the damaged product(s)
2. Photos showing the condition of the delivery box/packaging
3. A clear photo of your postage label

These photos will help us process your claim efficiently and ensure proper handling of your replacement item. Please send all documentation to our customer service team for review.

Add Shipping Protection to Your Order

At Soja Fragrances, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and worry-free as possible. To give you extra peace of mind, we offer optional shipping protection for just $2.50.

Here’s what’s covered:

• Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, we’ll replace it or issue a refund.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

What’s not covered:

• Stolen Packages: Once your package has been marked as delivered to the address provided, we are unable to cover incidents of theft. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location or using a PO box if needed.
