📦 Order Processing Times
All orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). During seasonal peaks, processing may take up to 72 hours.
🚚 Shipping Times
We ship Australia-wide from our Melbourne studio.
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
- Regional Areas: Up to 10 business days
Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to high demand with carriers — thank you for your patience.
💸 Shipping Costs
- Flat Rate Shipping: $12.95
- FREE Shipping on orders over $130
Free shipping does not apply during sale periods or promotions. We absorb as much shipping cost as possible to provide the best value year-round.
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via SMS or email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
You can track your parcel through the courier's website using the tracking number provided.
🚚 Couriers We Use
- Residential & Business Addresses: Aramax, Couriers Please, StarTrack, Toll, or Australia Post
- PO Boxes: Australia Post only (delivery 10–14 business days)
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place or redirect it to the nearest collection point.
🔁 Uncollected or Returned Parcels
If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, an incorrect address, or delivery refusal:
- We’ll issue a refund for the product only
- The original shipping cost incurred by Soja Fragrances will not be refunded, regardless of flat-rate or free shipping
- If you wish for the order to be resent, you’ll need to cover the full re-shipping fee
🛡️ Shipping Protection – Optional at Checkout
We offer optional shipping protection for $2.75 to give you extra peace of mind.
What’s Covered:
- Lost in Transit: We’ll replace or refund your order
- Damaged on Arrival: We’ll send a replacement free of charge
What’s Not Covered:
- Stolen parcels after being marked "delivered"
- We recommend shipping to a secure address or PO Box or Locker Box where possible
📝 To Make a Shipping Protection Claim
Email info@sojafragrances.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product(s)
- A clear photo of the outer shipping box, including the shipping label
