Returns & Exchanges
We know it can be hard to choose the right scent online — if your candle isn’t quite what you expected, that’s okay.
If you’ve changed your mind or aren't in love with the fragrance, you can return your item for a full refund (excluding shipping). We want you to feel good about what you bring into your home.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@sojafragrances.com.au
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
To make the process easier, we recommend reusing the original box and packaging (including packing peanuts and wrap) to protect the product during return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
Perfume Returns (Sample First Policy)
Choosing a fragrance online can be personal, which is why every Soja Eau de Parfum includes a complimentary 2ml sample of the same fragrance.
We recommend trying the sample first before opening the full-size bottle.
If the fragrance isn’t right for you, you may return the unopened full-size perfume for a refund.
To be eligible:

The full-size perfume must remain unopened

The 2ml sample is yours to keep

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the returned perfume is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange your fragrance for another scent, please contact us within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned perfume is received and inspected, the replacement fragrance can be shipped. Shipping costs for the replacement order will apply.
Room Sprays & Fragrance Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on room sprays once they’ve left our studio.
This includes:
- 10ml mini room sprays
- 100ml room sprays
- 125ml crystal-infused room sprays
As these products are not sealed, we’re unable to verify whether they’ve been used once opened.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Every order is packed with care, but if something arrives broken or not quite right, we’ll fix it fast.
If your order is damaged in transit, or you believe an item is faulty, please email us within 72 hours of delivery at info@sojafragrances.com.au
- Your full name and order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- A photo of the shipping box (outer packaging)
- A close-up of the shipping label on the box
- A photo showing the protective packaging inside the box (e.g., peanuts, bubble wrap)
Once received, we’ll process your claim and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible at our expense.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order after it’s been placed, please email us as soon as possible.
Orders cancelled before dispatch will incur a $10 cancellation fee to cover processing and payment fees.
