Here’s what’s covered:

  • Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, we’ll replace it or issue a refund.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

What’s not covered:

  • Stolen Packages: Once your package has been marked as delivered to the address provided, we are unable to cover incidents of theft. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location or using a PO box if needed.

To make a claim, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel (or the expected delivery date for lost items) with photos of any damaged products or packaging, and we’ll take care of the rest!

I love the fragrance and the fact that he aroma of this candle permeates through my whole house so I’m not running around lighting candles in every room, this candle has a beautiful smell and the wick is perfect doesn’t keeps candle burning properly there isn’t really anything to criticise they come beautifully packaged my only complaint is the box that it comes in is beautiful and I’m trying to find out a way to utilise this also… I have bought 2 of these now in the last 3 months and will also buy another when this one is done.Finally a candle that’s run by a small business here in Australia.
