Complimentary Perfume Promotion – Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the SOJA Fragrances complimentary perfume promotion.

1. Spend $80 or more: Receive one complimentary Perfume Discovery Set per qualifying order.
2. Spend $160 or more: Receive one complimentary 100ml full-size perfume of your choice per qualifying order.
3. One of each complimentary gift per qualifying order. Customers who spend $160 or more are entitled to both gifts. Additional complimentary perfumes or discovery sets cannot be claimed, regardless of the quantity added to the cart.
4. Minimum spend thresholds exclude shipping costs and are calculated after any applicable discounts.
5. Complimentary gifts must be selected and added to the cart during checkout. If no fragrance is selected, SOJA Fragrances may select one on the customer's behalf, subject to availability.
6. This promotion is available while stocks last. Fragrance availability may vary, and SOJA Fragrances reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion prospectively.
7. Complimentary gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or alternative products.
8. Checkout errors and incorrect promotional redemptions: Where a genuine technical or pricing error allows complimentary products to be claimed outside the advertised promotional conditions, SOJA Fragrances may contact the customer to correct the order or cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, including any shipping charges paid.
9. Orders containing multiple complimentary gifts beyond the advertised entitlement may be reviewed and corrected before dispatch.
10. This promotion is available for Australian orders only and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly stated.
11. These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify any rights customers have under Australian Consumer Law.
