Hereā€™s whatā€™s covered:

  • Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, weā€™ll replace it or issue a refund.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, weā€™ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Whatā€™s not covered:

  • Stolen Packages: Once your package has been marked as delivered to the address provided, we are unable to cover incidents of theft. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location or using a PO box if needed.

To make a claim, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel (or the expected delivery date for lost items) with photos of any damaged products or packaging, and weā€™ll take care of the rest!

I love the fragrance and the fact that he aroma of this candle permeates through my whole house so Iā€™m not running around lighting candles in every room, this candle has a beautiful smell and the wick is perfect doesnā€™t keeps candle burning properly there isnā€™t really anything to criticise they come beautifully packaged my only complaint is the box that it comes in is beautiful and Iā€™m trying to find out a way to utilise this alsoā€¦ I have bought 2 of these now in the last 3 months and will also buy another when this one is done.Finally a candle thatā€™s run by a small business here in Australia.
