Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, we’ll replace it or issue a refund.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

What’s not covered:

Stolen Packages: Once your package has been marked as delivered to the address provided, we are unable to cover incidents of theft. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location or using a PO box if needed.

To make a claim, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel (or the expected delivery date for lost items) with photos of any damaged products or packaging, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Luxurious Candle with a Devine Long Lasting Fragrance

This candle exceeded my expectations! From the moment I opened the box, I was impressed by the elegant packaging. It was the perfect gift for our 36th Wedding Anniversary, Thanks Frankie. The candle is stunning with gorgeous crystals and a unique wooden wick.
The fragrance is Devine and fills the room beautifully and the scent lingers long after the flame is out. I will definitely be purchasing more from this collection.
